Privacy policy

This notice covers the public dMetrics website. It describes what happens when you write to us, and what the site records about a visit. Customer use of Minsky products is covered by the agreement for that deployment.

What you send us

Demo, investor, and career forms ask for your name, email address, and message. Demo and investor forms also ask for your organization. Career forms ask for an organization and a link to your work only if you choose to add them. A form opened from a product page includes the name of that product.

We email that message to the dMetrics team at info@dmetrics.com so we can reply. The website does not keep a separate database of form submissions. Email you send to that address directly is handled the same way: as correspondence with the team.

Visits to the site

Google Analytics measures which pages are visited. It sets cookies, including cookies named _ga, and receives the page address, an approximate location, and browser and device details. We use that to understand how the site is used. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes the IP address, browser, and requested page in order to deliver and protect it.

What we do with it

We use contact details to answer the inquiry you sent. We do not sell personal information, and we do not pass form messages to other companies for their own marketing.

Inquiry emails stay in our mail as ordinary business correspondence, for as long as we need them to respond and keep a record of the exchange. Google keeps analytics data according to the settings on our Analytics property.

Your requests

Email info@dmetrics.com if you want a copy of a message you sent through this site, or if you want us to delete it. We will do that unless we need to keep the message for a legal or security reason.

You can also block cookies in your browser, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out. This website is for professional inquiries. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this notice changes, the new version will replace this page.
